LEGAL AI
Do you really need a lawyer now that anyone can generate a document for most purposes using AI?
You may need a lawyer for quality advice, a product of intelligence, experience, resources and—most importantly—judgment.
Generative AI makes it possible for anyone to produce a document that appears to fit the circumstances.
If you have a complex business issue, the solution usually isn’t simply a document; you need advice and guidance that is sound, reasoned, and derived from experience. That’s where I can help.
Pricing

Simplified pricing

As I am no longer a lawyer and do not provide legal services I do not charge law firm rates. My hourly rates are $310 to $340, depending on the type of work, plus GST.
Long-term or special projects can be negotiated on a daily, weekly, monthly or other basis. Commission or success fees don’t apply, and I don’t charge for local travel, photocopying or other incidentals. If I can not help you or I refer you to a lawyer or other adviser, I will not charge for considering your situation. See Terms for further details.
Many of us will need to help relatives into aged care. It’s complicated. The quality of facilities, management and care is widely variable. At worst, the care isn’t care at all. There are some awful places out there with callous management and substandard buildings. Thankfully, some excellent facilities provide genuine care.
Is your business future-proofed and saleable, or should it be given away or closed?
Due Diligence should not just be a box-ticking exercise, and can be an expensive waste of resources if not targeted and comprehensive
